I took my vehicle June 24 to the garage in order to fix
it. It was drivable. They said that a tune up would take
care of my problem. So I paid in $250.00. It ran worse than it ever did. They continued to tell me that they are working on the problem.
Finally I called to let them know that I will be picking up the vehicle that they were continuously working on. July 21, I picked up vehicle. It did not turn. I had to get a tow to another mechanic. I have paid $110.00 for ignition that worked before I gave Carroll's Transmission my vehicle. I also have
serious engine problems that did not need a tune-up. There were also new parts that were put on by Carrolls Transmission that the garage put on but left on engine broken that a mechanic can attest to.
I have contacted Better Business Bureau, Attorney General with no help what so ever. The company sent a letter to me letting me know that I am trying to take advantage of their good name, that I want someone to fix my vehicle for free. (I have all docs.)
I have tried to contact attorneys but none will call me back.
