I contracted for a brand new car. The one delivered turned out to be very used. Documents showed it had 10,164 miles when I bought it for new.
The car was a lemon. The windshield exploded, the brakes failed, the fuel rail split open over a hot engine, the transmission was bad, the moon roof fell on my head. I sued. I won.
FIve years later I didn, t collect. The New jersey Consumer Affairs is working for the manufacturer. They have since closed the case. I understand there are other cases as mine.
Chrysler appears to have a get out of jail free card in most of New Jersey, especially Middlesex County where court house records prove not one of almost 300 cases
filed against Chrysler were never adjudicated. The were all given summary judgement or just disposed of. I would like to hear from others with the same experience.
