Rip-off thieves

My car took out on me in jackson, not far from this station. I was charged a wrecker fee plus all this on my car one mass air flow sensor na 2 18922 was charged 212.69 labor 50.00 scanner test 49.95 then tax on labor was 12.19, tax on parts was 20.75 the total was 370.57

I was told later by a parts house person that the mass air flow sensor only cost $120.00 they charged me 212.69 i just wonder if this is because i am a woman he charged double or does he charge all his customers extra
