HTW Auto Center, Tires-Wheels-Lifts RIPPED ME OFF

I paid them 1,380.00 to put a 3 inch kit & tire's on my truck. My truck had a loud noise when i called the company to see if they could figure out the problem they said we will just take the kit & wheels off they then said you will have your money in 4 day's I called on the 4th day that evening I spoke to Tony (Owner) he said YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY BACK!!!
