On June 19th I spoke with the manager of the service center at Wal-Mart in Moulton. I asked could they mount and balance my new tires that had not yet arrived. I gave them the specs, 3 05/65 with a 9" wheel. No problem was the answer I got. Now. June 23rd my tires come in, I call again and speak with the manager that day... Same answer. Drop my truck off. 30minutes later they call saying they cannot get my tires on. I return they have one new tire almost on. My wheels are machined black with a crome outline around it. Two tires have the crome scratched and dented due the guys trying to remove the tire from the front side instead of the back. Manager ask me to take my tires to another shop that they will pay for the work and my time and trouble. Ok. June 24th I have my tire/wheels examined by the other shop before they touch them. All 4 wheels are damaged, walmart techs used on oversized socket to remove my lugs, the lug holes know have white rings around them.
