I went for an oil change and all fluid check at the local Jiffy Lube service center. I specifically asked them to check the transmission fluid since I noticed a leak under my Honda Passport.
Twelve days later on I 57 in Illinois my transmission quits and I have to have it towed 98 miles to a transmission shop and then I find out that the transmission is 5 quarts low and second gear on the automatic transmission is shot.
I specifically asked for them to check the fluid in the transmission and I was told that it was fine and I had no worries except a small leak. 12 days later I have a ruined transmission and nobody from Jiffy Lube will answer any questions or give me any comments.
