I bought a new Polaris 6x6 from them with alot of accessories, around $14,000. The next morning I called in and cancelled one of the accessories as I had bought it at closing time, 9:00 at night the day before. The order had not been placed so I was told it was no problem.
I later picked it up and took it home. I later found out they had left the accessory on the order that I had cancelled, so I called and asked why I was charged for a part I cancelled and did NOT receive. I was told it was no problem and they would take care of it. I later learned they left the part on the bill of aprox. $300.00 and would not remove it despite my telling them to do so. I called Polaris Corporate headquarters who simply did not care that there dealer had just cheated me out of $300.00.
Because I called Corp. I was told not to come back to get any warranty work or anything else done I was not welcome there. To ad insult to injury they told my neighbor who just bought a 4x4 from them because I bought from them, that I was a liar and a cheat. Slandering my good name to protect there rotten reputation. They never gave me back the money they cheated me out of. Buyer beware!!!
