Bought a new vehicle from dealer, was supposed to get $9000 on a trade-in which would be included in my new contract. Dealer agreed to it and said it was included in bill of sale and contract. When i looked over thoroughly, it turned out they only gave me credit for $4213 which was for my loan payoff and they did not credit the balance of $4786.
When i returned the following morning, only 12 hours after buying vehicle, owner/manager vladimir zanan did not want to discuss the numbers or sit down with me. I returned the following day and spoke to salesperson alexander brown who looked over my paperwork and agreed there was a mistake but i had to talk to the finance department.
I tried to speak to elian in finance and was brushed off and he would not discuss anything either. I am filing reports with the attorney general, da's office, bbb, department of consumer affairs, all the news channels, and will be protesting in front of their establishment with several people. They already have 11 complaints with the bbb in the past 12 months alone.
