We traded in a 2003 Chrysler Concord the last week of June with the agreement that this dealer would payoff the balance due of the Concord. I started receiving past due notices from the finance co as they had never recieved the payoff. When I called this dealer I was told several times that they had sent in the payment. I called the dealer again the first of august and requested that they send another check in by Fed Ex. This company even gave me a tracking number for Fed Ex. I called Fed Ex because the finance co again did not receive the check, and they told me that the package was never pick up by thier office. I called back to the dealer and the owner informed me over and over that Fed Ex had gotten it... After almost 2 and half months I contacted the Attorney General office in Frankfort and with in days the dealer sent in another check by Fed Ex to the finance co...
I called this dealer many times requesting to talk to someone about this problem and no one was ever there and I never got a call back. These calls were long distance too. I suggest that no one ever buy a car from this place.
I also had trouble getting the tag for my new car and as of yet I have not gotten a title to it...
