Seller sells old used cars on ebay. Claims and advertizes himself as a god fearing man. Missrepresents cars in his descriptions, when asked about condition of the body (rust), a/c, interior condition stated everything is in great shape, and works well... When the car was delivered it was so rusty underneath it looked like it was parked in salt water for 6 months, a/c did not work, engine leaked oil, tires were dryrotted, rims bent, exhaust completely rotted out, no brake rotors or pads left to pass inspection, water leak damage to roofliner, power mirrors not working, rear view mirror was just missing — a complete disaster... Seller pretended like he did not know about any of these things - after emailed fotos agreed to refund $1250 after i dropped ebay dispute and left him positive feedback on ebay - after i complied seller - dan leffler-
stopped answering emails and picking up his phone and no refund check... Lier, scam artist, dishonest individual-not to be trusted or dealt with...
Law suit pending and ebay dispute reinstated...
