My wife had new tires and a wheel alignment done in August '06. The car had about 67,000 miles on it at that time. After having a battery problem this last week, she returned to this location, had the battery replaced, and had the tires rotated (74,000). After getting the car back, the car pulled severely to the right. I brought it back the next day where they said the air was low on that one side and they were slightly unbalanced. They corrected that at no charge. After driving off with the car, it continued to do the same thing. My wife called and spoke with the manager and she told her to bring it back and they would take care of it. When she did, they said it needs alignment (barely 8 months after they did one and barely 7000 miles added). The car did not pull at all before the tire rotation. They offered to realign the wheels at no charge. After they did that, she drove off and the car pulled as if they hadn't done a thing. We are still in the process of going round and round with these people.
Even though they are attempting to do something without charge, the incompetence of not solving the problem is costing us time, thus money. This company, purporting to be the pinnacle of customer satisfaction, cannot find a way to satisfy this customer.
Be forewarned. Anyone should think twice before having even the simplest of service done on their vehicle at this location. Satisfaction is sacrificed for frustration without much concern on their part.
