First Extended Service Corporation
Would replace the broken part on my truck, but would not pay for alignment that has to be done after part is replaced ripoff

First Extended Service Corporation, (FESC) was called from the dealership fixing my vehicle. They were told that my rack and pinion needed to be replaced because it was leaking.

FESC did not call the dealership back, so I called them and asked why. They gave me nothing but the run around. Then all the sudden the dealership got a call.

FESC said that they would replace the Rack and Pinion, BUT would not pay for the Alignment. OK, so anyone that knows about cars, KNOWS that you have to do an alignment after any steering parts are replaced, BUT because the contract excludes alignments, they will not pay for it.

This is a load of CRAP! I paid 1400.00 for the contract, they replace a 200.00 part and they wont pay for a 90.00 alignment. True scammers. Personally, I would have been better not to even bought the warranty and never will.

Hopefully people will see this and others that have reported this company!
