I've been a member of drive financial auto pay since 2004. My nightmares began in janurary 2007. I called drivefinancial on the jan 11,07 wondering why my bank account hadn't been debit

Operator sabestian at ext 1101 informed me that i had a reoccuring check, I inform the operator that my account was setup with auto pay. Once that was said the oper placed me on hold for what seem to be a life time.

The oper came back stating there was a glinch in the system and I would have to make a payment by phone that day which i did

With confirmation #1172414. Please keep in mind there was no phone call or any letter from the company was mailed out to consumers about the glinch

I called drive again on feb 12,07 again auto pay did not debit the money from my bank account. Oper tameka adv I would have to make a payment over the phone and pay $10 fee she also informed me that the glinch was corrected and auto pay was back working

I asked oper tameka to put her supervisor or manager on the phone, she informed me all supervisors were in a meeting, and hanged up on me

I called back requesting to speak to oper tameka, that when i was told that there was noone by that name. Again drivefinancial loss My call. Yet I remained calm and sane during this nightmare

After my third try oper harry which did not have a last name or ID number got a hold of supervisor anthony again no last name available waived the $10 fee.

I was told to go online and sign up for auto pay again, when i attempted to sign up for auto pay the system showed that my account was set up with auto pay. At that moment my mind was at ease thinking the system was corrected

On March 7,07 I called drivefinancial requesting to speak to a manager the kamil foster informed me that she was an account manager, after explaining about my problem for the months of Jan and Feb and that I bank account wasn't debited and i

Explained to kamil that drivefinancial sometime debited my account any where between 1 thur the 8th once on the 11th day. Oper kamil informed me that the auto pay wasn't working since the month of dec 06,

I told oper kamil that my account was debited from auto pay without any problem, I even question her why the company didn't inform the customer of such problems before had

Well account manqager kamil refuse to waive fee of $10 so i requested to speak with her manager. I was placed on hold for over 45mins before manager anthnony christian got on the phone and told me that i was told by the last oper to resign up for auto pay

I tried explain i did attempt to sign up for auto pay on line again but the system still had me as a auto pay member
that manager was soooo rude and refuse to provide me with the name or number for corperate department

I was shocked when antony disconnected the line without saying another word to me

Again i called back requesting to speak to the manager that disconnected on me and got nowhere

So i asked the oper to provide me with the address and phone number to the corperate dept, which i was told that information was not available for the public,

Again i was shock to hear such nonsense, I tried making sense of the foolishness i was hearing from rude individuals, after some times that operator informed me that she didn't known the name

Of drivefinancial president, ceo and that drivefinancial didn;t have a corperate office and that she didn't have a name that i can address my questions to

Well i have cancel my auto pay services with drivefinancial and plan on refinancing my car with anyone but drivefiancial

I plan on plan on joining any lawsuite that comes up against drivefinancial

I can not believe this company gave me a hard time about paying a bill. I have been monitoring my bank account closely not knowing what drivefinancial plan on doing

I truly thought i was the only one going throught this headache.
