I ordered Cigarrest after seeing the TV commercial. I then looked for more information on their company and could find nothing so, within a few days I cancelled my order before I received anything. I used their automated phone system as directed. I thought I was done with them.
There was a $99.85 charge to my account on my next statement. I was TOTALLY unaware they would auto debit my account FOREVER!
I called several times and was told to call three different phone numbers thru the auto system. I finally got a real, live person after a lot of perservierance and frustration. I requested reverse charges to my account after explaining the situation. Her reply was that I could not get a refund until I sent the package back. The one that I had never received. I asked to speak with a supervisor not satisfied with her assistance and was told that wasn't possible.
At this point she informed me there were more charges to come. I insisted she stop the auto debit immediately. When I hung up the phone I was somewhat relieved, thinking I had at least prevented any future charges. FOUR DAYS LATER I HAD $99.85 DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BY BR CIGARREST!
This company isn't just a Rip-Off. It is a total SCAM!
