I was buying a 2007 ford mustang GT convertible. While I was signing the papers the sales person filled the tank and then parked the car perpendicular behind the customer parking. While I was signing the car was hit. The general manager (Michael Frassica) told me "it's your car, it's your problem".
Michael later revised his story to people I know saying I finished signing and went outside and the car was fine, then I went back in to "make a call" and upon coming back out the car was damaged. This is false, I wasn't even offered a walkthrough before finishing, which at the time I didn't see as odd. But the first time I left after signing the papers is when I noticed the damage and thats when I ran back into the dealership to see what they could do for me. I didn't want to take the car home but Michael told me they would charge me $150 per day storage if I left it there.
The worst buying experience I have ever had in my life and i feel there are no laws in NH to protect the buyer in these cases.
