Bad missing home handling!

I'd prefer to protest about Ryanairis handling of Lost Home at Stansted Airport in London.

I quit my new iPod Movie on the trip back from Rome within the morning hours of the 21st of March. I noticed I'd quit it about the plane although I had been still within the canal leading in the driveway and went back and noticed the plane nevertheless there using the steps still connected, but once we were virtually the final people off the airplane, they'd shut the gates and wouldn't allow me to through, they merely called me for their missing luggage table within the final. I visited the table and was passed a bit of document with no guidance with a Ryanair worker and informed to contact several and abandon a note plus they might return to me in 24hours. The organization I had been directed to phone is just a missing home handling company at Stansted Airport named 1stFlight. I named them immediately and sent them the moment i got house but nonetheless no response on both.

Our criticism is the fact that Ryanair, firstly are managing missing home really poorly and provide no confidence or assistance on such issues (I've attempted to contact each quantity for Ryanair plus they all inform me to contact 1st trip and abandon a note). Subsequently, in my opinion when this product isn't discovered, then possibly (and that I dislike to create bogus allegations but...) the flight team or even the cleansing team found it an stored it for themselves. Obviously this really is simply speculation but there's without doubt the product was on that airplane of course if it wasn't passed to missing home then in my opinion Ryanair team took it. Our other criticism is fond of 1stFlight who appear to neglect to handle questions. I actually donot know how it will take them-so extended to check out a linen of document and contact me back. Our concern is the fact that if this drags out and also the product was unearthed that it'll subsequently be dropped in backlogs and you will see nothing I will do about this.

Please advise me on other things I will do since despite the fact that this could not appear an enormous reduction, it's a costly product that i will not be ready to manage again and also to shed it-like this due to over-paperwork is sickening
