This dealership does nothing but pack payments hide gross raise sales prices on leases over msrp.
Drink at work has terrible csi and this is all encouraged from the top, owners and general sales manager.

The owner don lee has absolutely no respect for the buisness and taking care his customers. I would test the credability of this report by sending someone in to this store.
This compnay is focusing on the hispanic market in the richmond area and probally has investigations pending right now.
Use a hispanic person to investigate and make sure that the general sales manger is there when you go in or call so he works the deal.
If you use the same tactics that were done at gunderson you will be a winner.
