Collection calls continue though payments are three months ahead

So when a person us 3 months in advance on their payment, do the phone calls stop!!!
Oh no they don't!!! They keep calling wanting to know where the next payment is, remind you, it is paid 3 months ahead also. Reasons? Just my reasons!!!
