Drive Financial is the worst company that I have came across. This company is continusly harrasing my family and I for an account that has been entered incorrectly. They have done nothing to help rectify this matter and it has been over six months.
They have a contract for my payment to be at $705, which is what the dealer and I agreed upon. However, they have set up my account to reflect the payment as $756. I have called numerous times and been transferred to various departments and have gotten no results. Consequently, I am refusing to pay the higher note, because they would never correct the amount.
Furthermore, the representive that I had spoken with 4 mos.into this problem told me that she has the correct contract in my file and they will be changing the information in their system as long as I make a quick payment for the $705. It has been two months since I made that payment, and nothing has been done to this date.
Lastly, I am unsure what to do. They have already destroyed my credit rating, so refinancing is totally out of the question. Returning the vehicle would only leave a horrible blemish on my credit. Please help!!!
