Due to the blatantly illegal tactics of social worker gwene castor and her supervisor jeremey player we have been the victims of fraud, filing false police reports, perjury in court, adding to an fbi report and presenting it to court, all to maliciously, deliberately, bias the court in their favor. We have documentation of court and other reports, witnesses to threats made by mr. Player.
Hospital records showing the child in custody put at risk by child protective service worker gwene castor. This also became a collaberative effort by ms. Castor and mr. Player. This all started because of the actions of ms. Castor who took the infant child out of the hospital who was in intensive care and put her directly into a foster care home. Hospital told us to talk to their lawyers, that they had been through this before with child protective services. We were told by mr. Player that he would see to it that we would not get custody of the baby.
He was upset with the father because he took him to task with his supervisor and found to be untruthful. This was done in a three way conference call between, mr. Plalyer, mr. Henry, and john navarro (father).
Then cam the perjury, by mr. Plalyer, and the filing of a false police report. And adding to his fbi report which he presented to the court as a true statement which is a federal offense.
All of the aforementioned is provable in writing by verifiable documentation.
We also called for a formal case investigation by the department head to show them the injustices we suffered. They did and returned with it was unverifiable and emphasised mr. Player said it was not true.
We then went to the county district supervisor. After much they called for an uninvolved party investigation.
Now they tell us that because of employee confidentiality they will not discuss the findings with us and have referred us to the risk management department.
The second report done by the uinvolved party who are a part of the dpss was found unable to substantiate.
They are covering up.in the mean time we have not seen or heard about our baby girl. She was showing more serious symptoms the last time we saw her. We are so heart broken she has no one but us. (the father, and stepmother to be)
We were told by the district attorney we had a good civil case with mr. Player.
We have also filed an appeal in the matter of the decision of the courts. Based on the false recommendations presented to the court.
Obviously there is more than said here that needs to be discussed.
We want a dedicated, fighter, who will take them to task and champion our case. It is appauling what they have done we are so ashamed to have people like this representing us. Now the districts country supervisor is backing off because of the findings of the investigation. We need help finding an attorney. We both are on disability and we need some one who will work with us on the money. But we are so angry we want to sue where we can for a zillion and try to get the damage done to our characters removed. We are desperate please, any advice will be appreciated.
