Dishonest in their phone solicitation, did not notify a "90 waiting period", non-responsive to inquiries and refund of money

After getting a mail solicitation, I called them at their 800 number and they sounded legit. Two weeks later I had a claim. Only then did they tell me that there "was a 90 waiting period."

After going to the Internet I discover that they have had a bad reputation from BBB as well as Rip Off. I decided to cancel my policy. Have not heard from them since.

Yes, they charged my credit card immediately. They are not quite so prompt in making a credit.
