Credit Acceptance sent a tow truck to repo our car. My husband wanted to see the repo order, and when he went to look at the papers, he was hit by the repo guy. When I went to call the police they ran off with our car. We would not have given them a problem with the reposession, but we wanted to make sure the order was valid. This man hit my husband in front of myself and our child. We are persuing legal action.
