My husband and I needed some cash so we decided to pawn a car title. We got behind in the payments and they came and repo the car. The repo was never called in, the guy who repo the car never gave the car to the company. He kept the car on his own property. His wife decided to drive this car for some reason and she totaled the car. We had 30 days from the it was repo to pay the loan off. The car was repo on Dec. 11 and was totaled on Dec. 28. The company is refusing to pay for the damages which at the time the car was worth around 6,000 dollars.
