Jeff and Ryan "Wall Eye" Smith both lied about my vehicle purchased from them. I left it there to be detailed and when I picked it up the only thing that was done was the dash wiped down. I spent over 6 hours detailing it myself and asked for some kind of compensation in return... I got ONE free oil change! I was NEVER TOLD OUTRIGHT that it had a lemon title. I finally go my state license plates after waiting SIX MONTHS. I was told that it was "lost" in the mail and they had to re-issue me a new one. Whenever I spoke on the phone with them, I was treated VERY poorly and given the run around. One of the many times I had to schedule a repair (at their cost), I had to cancel.in which I called it in that I couldn't make it that day/time. When I called the next day to reschedule, I was basically TOLD that I DIDN'T CALL! Like it is MY FAULT that they have poor communication among the employees. When I tried to explain that I DID call, I was told "whatever" by Ryan. That is REAL PROFESSIONAL!
This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from them and the only time I EVER had a problem. But that is all it takes to lose a customer. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Van Horn in St. Nazianz again and will continue to encourage others not to either.
