Sold me a defective vehicle that cannot be repaired and will not return my money for it

I purchased a 2001 Honda Passport at D.C. Sales & Service on January 5. Leaving the parking lot, the check engine light came on so we turned around and took it back to D.C. Sales and Service, Inc. And told them about it and they said, "No problem, we will take care of it". We took it back about a week later and they said that it was an Oxygen 2 sensor. We took it home and did not hear from them for about 4 to 5 weeks. Finally after me calling them numerous times, they said the part was on back order and would call me as soon as it came in. About 3 more weeks later I called after not hearing back from them about the part being on back order they said it was in and I took it back that Wednesday afternoon. When my dad and I took the Honda down we asked if they could check the transmission fluid while they were already going to be putting the part on they told me no problem. After sitting in their waiting area for a little over an hour, the salesman comes out and tells us that the transmission fluid had been checked, but the part ordered was the wrong part. So we took it home and didn't hear from them until I found out that my registration was about to run out so I called them about that and the part. It took 3 weeks of calling to find out that they had lost all of my paperwork and my registration had ran out by then. So after 10 days running without registration, we finally took it back for the right part to get put on because they said they had the right part at that time. We left the vehicle there and they sent me to another notary to get the registration straightened out. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks trying to find the problem and they couldn't, so they took it to a local Honda dealer and they couldn't fix the problem after 3 weeks of having it either. We said there was another Honda dealer near where I live so we picked up the vehicle and took it there. They replaced the Ion sensor module cylinder and both intake gaskets and that still didn't fix the problem but they didn't charge me either for their service provided. They recommended that we return the vehicle to D.C. Sales & Service, Inc for a full refund, because the vehicle is a lemon. Our bank we financed it through also informed us to return it for a full refund. We then found out that doing 2 registrations on the same vehicle is illegal. We confronted the owner of D.C. Sales & Service Inc, he saw nothing wrong with 2 registrations and a difference in the sales tax amounts. We have contacted the state police in Ebensburg Pennsylvania and they are pursuing the registration part, but cannot help us with the refund, currently the vehicle is back at D.C. Sales & Service Inc, they say they can now fix it, but we told them that we do not want the vehicle due to the fact that it has been to so many dealers that cannot fix it and how they think that a small town garage can repair a major problem. The owner Carl told us that he knew that there was a problem with the Honda before he sat it on the lot to be sold, but didn't have time to order the parts and repair it before he sold it, therefore instead of letting the mechanics in his shop be aware of the problem with the Honda, he still put it on the lot to be sold as a faulty vehicle, hoping that someone would buy it and not notice that there was a problem with it. Unfortunately, now I'm stuck with a payment book and no vehicle can anyone out there help me. If so, please respond to this or email me at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Thank you.
