Never Ending Harrassing Phone Calls

A couple of months ago I called CPS to let them know I didn't have the money at the time, they told me to take my stuff out of my truck and that someone was on the way to pick it up and hung up on me. I was in tears and since I didn't have a checking account at the time it made it even more difficult. It makes me mad that they didn't want to work with me or give me any other options besides taking my vehicle away. Even if I am only 1 day late the phone calls begin 3,4 somtimes 5 times a day. I eventually got caught up again but in the last 2 months some events accured that were out of my control and when I called CPS today to make arrangements to make payments they told me the last payment I made was for October and that I needed to make a payment this month for November, I explained to them that I could not make that payment because I do not have the funds for this month and that I would be able to make 3 payments in January, they said I could only make 2 and that they needed one this month. They worked with me before and now they are refusing. I called back to speak with someone else but they kept giving me the run around and sending me to my representative who is not in and won't be back until the 11th, I pushed 0 to speak with someone else they put me on hold and then hung up on me.
