We visited from Detroit to Baltimore at 3:00 P.M. Trip 202 on Friday, December 22nd to invest time with household within the breaks. We were the final people from the airplane, and ceased to make use of the bathroom, and from the period we achieved the luggage claim it had been uncertain in the signage which carosel our luggage could be on. We requested the luggage employees plus they were unhelpful. We ultimately acknowledged many people in the trip and moved towards an unmarked luggage claim. Your trip ultimately got up and we waited about 45 units for several of the bags in the future around. We recognized that none of our bags turned up, and about 20 others in the same trip had an identical scenario. At 7:30 A.M. We called again. Once more, we were sent towards the unmanned telephone system. (Really annoying, it is as though they're stating, "we screwed-up, we dropped your bags, but we are significantly to hectic and very important to really consider your telephone call." It is just like a poor one-sided connection that people are spending to be always a section of.) We extended calling and lastly got thru to somebody who let's realize that both bags were in and could be shipped sometime between 1:00 P.M. And 5:00 P.M. We imagined still another evening of waiting and questioned if their were every other choices. We were told no. We were provided $50 in the future a bags. (Evidently, our distress and trouble was heading down in price within the eyes of the BWI Southwest Luggage Workplace.) Next, we were informed by J'Vette -a luggage worker - our scenario wasn't distinctive, our requirements weren't essential, which we'd need to delay our submit the fall into line of individuals who have been awaiting bags. (precisely what we required following a nights not resting-awaiting a phone from SWA luggage). We decided to get the bags, not attempting to trust our vacation ideas towards the Southwest Logistics Department and clerks like J'Vette.

We're dissatisfied and experience as if Southwest Airlines luggage groups must collaborate better and keep in touch with their clients. Errors occur, but Southwest must do a much better work of handling client issues. Furthermore, SWA must purchase customer support instruction for luggage people. The flight teams are so pleasant and confident... That picture reduces whenever you cope with the luggage office. Both are incongruent.
