I had a brake job done on my 2001 Odyssey. They supposadly replaced the entire rear braking system, drums, pads, fluid, lines hardware. After spending nearly $500, I had a squeking, grinding car. The inital work took 4 hrs of waiting for the car. I immediately went back and told the manager that something is wrong, and then waited for another 3 hours for them to look at what may be wrong, they "readjusted" them.
The next day the same horrible noises came back, when I called them up they told me that the pads and shoes have to marry an dthat I should drive it for another 200 miles. To make a long story short, I took it back several times at 3-4 hrs each time. Eventually they said they were putting on dealer parts, but I still had the problems. When I contacted their head office, the district manager suggested I go to a different location of theirs, so I did go to the Dunwoody location. After having spent in eccess of 30 hr I now spent an adidtional 4 hrs, to be told the part taht were on there had a recall the day before I got there, and that was the problem.
To this day I am having issues, and cant get them to refund my money. I was told by the district manager that if I faxed over a report from anoth repair facility that the parts and workmanship was inferior, then he would refund the money. I am still waiting after weeks
