RE: used automatic transmission with code "CLK"

I recieved a used automatic transmission with code "CLK" for a 97 VW Jetta on 9/21/09. But after it was installed in the car, and had a new "filter" and transmission fluid (purchased from dealer) put in, the transmission would only work in "reverse, 1st, and 2nd gears. 3rd gear, and Drive would "not" work. So car would only go 50 mph with engine revved up to about 4,000 rpms. It would not shift into 3rd and then into Drive.
So I called Basic Car Parts on 9/28/09 told them the problem, and they first told me I would have to send the transmission back, but then emailed me and told me I would "not have to" I could "trash" the transmission and they would send me another one. I told them I wanted email stating this and also the "new tracking number"for the replacement transmission that they were going to be sending me!
So after calling each day and being put on hold many times, and talking to many people, some which are named in this report above. I still do "not" have the "new tracking number", or the "replacement transmission" or a refund for the $855.00 which I paid for the "first transmission" that they sent me which was "defective" as mentioned above.
Also I was wondering why it only took them 24 hours to get me the "old tracking number" for the first transmission that they send me. While it has been 16 days and counting and still have no "new tracking number" or replacement transmission for the "defective" one they sent me on 9/21/09.
I want a "replacement automatic transmission" with code "CLK" or a "refund" of $855.00 I paid them for the "defective" transmission they sent me.
