I had just gone through a bankrupcy, and needed something i could depend on. I am a 62 year old lady, and do not want to get stuck broke down on the road.
They put me in a 2002 ford taurus, they more or less pushed it on me, there was another vehicle I wanted, but said they couldn't. They charged me 13,273 minus my trade in total loan was 12,573.00 they promised it was a realible car.
On my way home the engine light came on, plus they didn't even put my license on, complained about it, and they had it fixed, but still didn't fix the problem have complained to them and have called them, its coming to the point where they don't return my calls, they did pay to do a couple repairs, but it doesn;t fix the problem they charged me like 5 to 7, ooo more than the car was worth plus 22% interest. I would be happy if they would just take the car back. Its has all kinds of problems. I believe it was in some sort of an accident.
