I purchased a new vehicle one year ago which has been covered by insurance since day one. Proof of insurance has been provided to Compass Bank by both myself and agents. Despite this an outrageously priced policy has been placed on my account with notification that I do not have coverage. No matter how many times I Fax the information it is ignored. This seems to be an additional income scheme for them. I'm sure individuals are paying this in order for their credit not to be affected.
