My husband has a vehicle loan through Nuvell (Little Rock). Unfortunately, due to the economy, (only working when there is work) we are 2 months behind in our payments.
They call our home every day, up to 15 times per day. The calls start at 9 am and continue through until 9 or 10 pm. They have recently called my husbands parents and judt today called his place of employment.
I called them and told them why we are behind on payments anf the lady got really smart with me and ask if I would voluntarily let them repo it. They would sell it at an auction and we would have to pay the remaining balace. How can we do that if we can not pay for it now. She said they would garnish my husbands paychecks until the balance was paid. How can they do this?
I ask if they could lower our monthly payments and she said, "Nuvell does not do that". She was very ignorant, rude and apathetic. Can people have a little understanding?
