I'd half an hour you know what and to help make the flight? No entrance amount. I requested the Am - desk in Phoenix for that entrance quantity and was informed "he was hectic with the solution of another person ". Discovered another of the team within the airport (amazing 2 staff!) and managed to get towards the entrance with 10 mins, to sacrifice.
You know what... No baggage in Burbank. We discovered an Am-West broker to inform the baggage was in Poor to us. It was 9am. Thus we got hand-written figures her pc would not print-out.By 7pm the baggage hadnot arrived. 2 times within the same garments-! Ultimately got thru about the telephone to become informed I'd need to contact the baggage carriers myself. It reached 9pm. The headache was over. Customer support Am's best work -West/U.S. Airlines may do would be to walk out company
