Contacted insurance regarding personal coverage. Benefits quoted were not within the policy. I paid $130 enrollment fee and 1 month premium of 324.95. This insurance represented itself as a full service policy. Three more pays of 324.95 was subtracted from my Bank. I have tried several times to contact this company regarding a refund with no satisfaction. All payments were taken from my bank account after cancallation of this insurance had been confirmed. No one is willing to help resolve this matter. Looking for help to assist in gettting my refunds and make sure this company does not take advantage of anyone else. This insurance represented itself as Beech Street, RX Gold Card, Star UK/Phoenix Insurance Company, Headquarter Insurance Harvey Silverstein, last but not lease Insurance Resource Group.
