Refusing to send a replacement turbo they installed which was on warranty

I'm from Canada and my car broke down while I was in Ohio. I sent the car to Armando's to let me know what the problem was. They told me that the turbo went in the car, so they said they'll replace it for approx. $2,800 American. Then they called me a few weeks later and said the car was really to drive home.

I went down to pick it up and it would still not drive, so we took it back and they said the Clutch was also broken. They said they can fix that, for $1,900 American. Then they called me a few weeks later and said the car was ready to drive back to Canada. I went to pick it up and as I'm driving through Pennsylvania approx.

60 miles away from the dealership the oil light comes on and the engine blows. We towed it back to Armando's and they said the engine will need to be replaced. They said they can charge me $6,000 American to fix the engine. We decided not to get them to fix it but send it to Canada to get it fixed.

After the Canadian Mechanic removed the engine he also noticed the Turbo was broken. Since the turbo was on warranty we decided to send it back to them so they can send us a new one. I've been waiting 2 months for them to return our 2 times a week phone calls but they don't call back. Everytime we call they tell us they'll call us back to let us know if the turbo is coming.
