I was approved for an auto loan thru this company. On the day my loan was approved, they called me to warn me that there is no grace period and I better not have a returned check. This should have warned me that they were not a reputable company. I was late on one payment and told them that I had some financial issue but would mail the payment late along with the late charge. They have called every day at least 10 times threatening me and have also called my elderly mother 7 states away and told her I better get my car payment in. She was very upset and shaken by this call.
I am now contacting an attorney to have him proceed with legal action against this company for harassing my family without permission to contact them. Stay away from this loan company, their staff are rude, ignorant and feel they can intimidate you with threats.
