Ripoff tryed to charge me 0ver 600.00 to repair my car and pass state inspection went to other garage and all said was not true nothing wrong only 46.00 said Staten Island

Went to pep boys for state inspection. They told me cars main brake cilender and brake shoes where shot. Cilender leaking fluid charge to fix and pass inspection over 600.00 dollars. Went to other state inspection garage. Checked brakes and cilender and found nothing wrong. Charge 46.00 the friendley man behind the counter is not so friendly.
