I recently made a partial payment on my 20,000 loan and it wasnt posted to my account. I explained that i lost one of my jobs and was told that i "obviously need to find a different means of transportation"?? This was after they harrased my family and friends.

I understand that everybody needs their money but we are all human beings. You can tell someone that you'll need to repo their vehicle w/out being rude. I could have sworn there was laughing in the background...
