We are willing to be part of any lawsuit anyone gets together against this company. My brother and I bought a truck together in Sept and we got financed through you guessed it Drive Financial. At first they were ok but them my brother got hurt at work and when he was able to go back he switched to a better job and we got a month behind. These people call you and call you and anyone you gave a number too!!! They ask the same questions over and over and over and over. They tell you they are writing it down and then they don't according to the next person that calls you the next day. Are payments are caught up but on our credit reports it says we have not made a payment since 11 and Drive Financial says there is nothing they can do about it!!! They also told us there was a penelty for early payoff, that the only way to roll a payment behind was to have made four payments on time. What the H#LL would you need to roll a payment behind for if you made four on time??? Then you have some people stating that you can pay off the vehicle with no extra penlty. We have also been told we can change out payment date and then been told that we were told wrong that we can't change it. Also, they charge you money just for making your payments!!! The phone, western union, moneygram, I have heard they charge to mail it in some say yes some say no, they charge if you use the internet, I have had it with these people. The only thing I can think of is to try and refi but we just bought a house and I don't know if we can...
