RIP-OFF WFS Posts Payments 1-2 weeks after receiving them

Could never figure out why our payments were taking so long to be received and post until we decided to track one with a delivery confirmation. Sent the payment at 11:11 am on 3/15/04, payment was picked up at 8:09 am on 3/18/04, payment did not post until 3/24/04! Alost a week later! Every payment was mailed on the 1st of the month but didn't post until around the 9th of the month or later -

Holidays are even worse and on 4th of July weekend payment was considered late even though they had it for a week and a late fee was charged. Since discovering this, we started making 2 payments a month so it would never be late again. And before that every month like clockwork, on the 5th we would receive a call asking why the payment was late when in fact they already had it!

We will never use this company again for any type of loan! I suggest if you do - to mail it 2 weeks before it is due!
