I bought a car from Hebron Auto Sales. If you haven't heard of them, do a search and see what comes up! Unfortunately it was financed through Credit Acceptance Corporation (This company is absolutely the most shady, immoral, do anything deceptive to make a dollar, bloodsucking, lying company I have ever dealt with) believe it or not while I was signing the papers at the dealer someone walked in and said "oh another one for credit acceptance"."Hope you're not Jewish because if they find out you are they will repo your vehicle and send you to a concentration camp". Then just walked away giggling. I wasn't sure what to think. I just thought maybe some inside joke or something, but I kind of understand now.
I think THESE PEOPLE ARE Nazis and Hitler lives, he just goes by the name of Don Foss now. Anyway when I left the dealership with the car the mileage was 100,500 and some change. When I looked over the financing papers it stated that the mileage was 99,000 and some change. I am not sure what this means, but I am sure it had something to do with Credit Acceptance making money. The dealer sent me on my way with a 30-day tag and told me they would call me when I could pick up the memorandum of title. 30 days past and they said they couldn't find the title, but I could pick up another 30-day tag. 30 more days past and still no title.
The 2nd temporary tag was now expired, and I refused to make my monthly payment to Credit Acceptance until I could legally drive the vehicle. A few days past and I was given a 3rd temporary tag. (what in the hell is going on!)? Luckily before the 3rd temp tag expired they produced a memorandum of title that had the same fictitious mileage on it. The memorandum of title also said that the purchase price was $10,600.00 plus 630.00 for tax. The financing papers said the purchase price was 9200.00 and tax was 640.00. Can anyone make any sense of this? I really hate this company, and would get great satisfaction out of some type of legal action if possible. Help!
