Spent a lot of money to have 1996 Ford truck repaired & serviced for move to California. It appears that some of this work was done, and there is question that some of the work charged for, actually was not performed. I left Texas but only made it to Arizona where as it was taken to a Sears store for warranty repairs, where as, it dissappeared. Yes a full size new truck just vanished... This not only left me stranded in Arizona, but I was not able to continue to California and lost a very good high paying job. Doesn't do a lot of good to have a warranty if the warranty allows your vehicle to be stolen??? Of course if the repair facility looses your vehicle and take no responsibility-guess what-they don't have to make warranty repairs. Sounds rather strange to me. Customers beware...
