Purchased Bladez Moby X-33 gas scooter fron WALMART sealed box with no apparent damage. Scooter would not run when we tried to start at home. Called BLADEZ they send me to "Top ripoffs motorsports" (scooter is under warranty) We leave scooter with them for them to look at it. Me and my wife both inform them to call before doing any work. We get a call and the man on phone says scooters engine is full of WATER??? They tore it apart and to fix it will cost us $79.00 for rebuild. (not coved by warranty). I arrange a day to pick it up and they call and tell me its still not running right (this is after the manager from BLADEZ customer service calls them and they say its running great). They need motre time to repair, again we arrange to pick up I call they inform me they cannot get it to run it keeps getting water in a (just completely rebuilt motor). The minimum cgarge is now $29.99 for an scooter that runs like it did when I dropped it off... Oh and by the way his last comment was maybe it was damaged by hurricane Katrina!!!
