CNAC JD Byrider is a RIP-OFF Car Dealership

After losing my parents within five weeks of each other, I was given my father's old truck to drive. I unfortunately, wrecked it and having bad credit, I heard a ad on TV about JD Byrider.

I went to the dealership. Asked to buy a realible, used car that with low monthly payments. I was told none of the cars are sold without end-to-end inspections which included all work that needed done.

I unfortunately, purchased a vehicle. Was told it was in excellent condition. I asked about the mileage and the year and why was it so expensive? I was told after my purchase it had a new motor in it so basically, I was getting a new car.

I drove off thinking I had bought an almost new car with a new motor. Befoe I got home, the check engine light came on as well as other lights. It started making clanging, clattering noises. The air conditioner did not work. I had to wait two weeks and work around their schedule to get my car fixed. I was told the mechanics didn't work after 5:00 P.M. I had to wait two weeks before I could get a re-charge. I didn't go too many places because this was in July and August without air conditioning.

I took the car back to the dealership. After keeping it 4 days, they told me it was in excellent shape again. I opened the car and the mechanics left grease and oil all over the seats. I went back in and asked them to clean it. The mechanic got a brake cleaning fluid and wiped the grease. It smelled and I had to sit on it to get home. I was in my work clothes.

I had to make a trip out of town. I called to have my air conditioner fixed because the first charge didn't last but just a month or so. They couldn't get me in again for two weeks. I told them I had to make a trip and would need them to take care of it as soon as I got back.

I made my trip down to the destination but the car completely fell apart in Verona, Kentucky. I called Jeff, the manager of JD Byrider, Fairfield, OH. He said well, what do you want me to do? I was stranded, didn't know anyone, was needing and asking for help and got none. He did say call a cab. I did and after almost 3 hours of waiting, I finally got home by cab.

Byrider did give me a number to call, instead of calling themselves, of a tow truck. The person I spoke with said, it's JD Byrider car, isn't it? He also said someone needs to do something to that company for selling junk.

The mechanic even told me the car had slipped through the cracks and nothing had been done to it. It was taken off the lot at one point and it ended back on the Fairfield lot for some reason.

Now I have a worthless car owing $10,000. Their interest rate is 25%. Beware!
