This people will fraudlent lie that they did an employment verification, even if they are told that the applicant they are calling about no longer works there. They will push a loan application thru regardless if you no longer meet the minimum loan requirements. They are working with the liars at Southwest Kia and are probably getting a cut from those deceitful deals.
I lost my job and tried to cancel this application before they funded the loan to the dealership. I got the run around from both Southwest Kia and Citifinancial, and the loan got funded. I questioned and investigated to see how is that possible if I don't meet the requirements anymore. I found out through the funding supervisor that my work verification was done by one of her employees. I told her she was told that I no longer work there and she still passed this application.
Citifinancial Auto must enjoy losing money cause I clearly told them I am not dealing with these fraudlent people, their employee lied to push this fraudlent loan through and I will not pay a dime on this note. And even, with all this Citifinancial has not done a thing to make it right. So that tells me that they are in this rip-off scam with Southwest Kia.
