Me and my friend currently went to go get our windows tinted. (on two cars) when we looked at many companies we decided on car audio outlet because of a discount and timing of service that was supposed to be provided but yet was failed by tinting not being put on properly and rudness of employees and management also the fact that he told us it would take two hours but yet we walked in at 11 am and walked out at 430 pm. With our interior damaged and tinting not on properly with refuseal to fix it right then and there or to put any warrenty in writing because he said his reciept and word was good enough yet it took a male friend to ask for our service to get fixed for the management to respond properly and yet the service was still not provided management stated that it was to late to do it that day yet when my friend came back the next day to get it taken off and done over they took 2 hours and 45 min to even get to her car but instead of redoing her tint over from the start they were caught trying to fix there mistake and calling her and me a liar on the damage to our cars. "damage was air bubbles in tint black staining on seat and scratchs in tint in painting on cars and on interior which was torn in one of the cars" yet with all of this he said that it was done to the car by us and not his employees because all that is used is water which common sense and other companies state you need a sharp object to cut the tint to fix it to the window properly.
