Auto aig treats and aggrivates claimants as criminals ripoff

On 4/11,
My wife and I had our vehicle stolen, stripped, and wrecked, all due to my wife leaving her purse with the keys in the back seat of the vehicle, along with a defective rear hatch that would occasionally not latch.
We reported it stolen, and filed a claim with AIG on the 4/11.

Since that time an AIG representative Mr. Matthew Huls has conducted a recorded telephone investigative questioning session with my wife and I, and sent us forms to be filled out, and notarized, which we returned, along with a detailed list of all the items stolen with account numbers.

On 5/2 the AIG representative Mr. Huls telephoned and stated that he believes we are trying to commit insurance fraud, he claims my wife whom can barely drive supervised (CA. Learners permit), stole our vehicle, wrecked it, left the keys in the car, and walked home.
On the same day 5/2/06 the AIG rep. Mr. Huls also stated that his investigative department couldn't find any records of our credit & bankcards being reported stolen, as a result I asked Mr. Huls to send me an itemized list of the additional required documents which is to include letters from our financial institutions verifying the reported stolen credit/bank cards. As of today 5/13/06 I have not received the expected list of required documents.

I do not have a problem with submitting additional information, however, I do have a problem with Mr. Huls basically accusing me of fraud, accusing my wife and I of lying about our reported stolen credit/bank cards, and lying to me by stating his investigative department could not find any proof that my wife and I filed our I.D.'s and credit/bank cards stolen.

It has become quite apparent that Mr. Huls is trying to claim insurance fraud, with a theory full of holes, and inducing aggravation into the investigative process.
Please advise as to our options, if it helps, I have all copies of all the information that was submitted to AIG unfortunately without the Notary stamped affidavit I submitted to AIG.

If required I can acquire another Notary stamp for your copy of the affidavit.

Additional note:
In March I purchased a small $1000.00 car for my wifes drivers training, which would eventually turn out to be her work vehicle. When I contacted AIG to add this vehicle on my policy along with my wife, the AIG rep. Stated I could not add my wife to my policy unless she was a licensed driver, and that the Ca. Learners Permit would not suffice. I added the vehicle to my AIG policy regardless, until I could determine if what the AIG rep. Told me was correct, which I still do not know to this day

My wife and I felt it was practical to get her, her own vehicle as to spare my pride and joy (the stolen GMC.) from any mishaps. So much for prior planning
