Greg - John Casamento, Brenda Casamento, Kevin Wait, Worldwide RV Sales, Carriages Unlimited Ripoff Fraud, Odometer Fraud Ebay scam Lies intentionally stole our money!

This was an Ebay scam and Fraud! We were lied to by a dealer and we did not think that we would be scammed by a dealer. We did not qualify for the Ebay vehicle protection because Mr. Casamento lured my husband into purchasing outside of Ebay, and wanted all cash, but told him nothing but lies! We purchased the RV for thirteen thousand, four hundred and forty nine dollars this included a twenty five hundred dollar deposit, and we had the expense of flying down to Florida to pick it up. Once we made the deposit, we thought we were stuck with the deal. It did not look bad from the outside, but we drove it from Ormond Beach to Pensacola Florida and during that trip there was problem after problem. First off the list was a flat tire, then another and another, and then a new tire that got ruined from a mechanical defect, that cost three hundred and fifty two dollars then the serviceman said that we needed to buy all 8 new tires for it. Then we could not get it started, and they told us that it needed a new fuel pump, and a new gererator right away and there was an exhaust leak that came into the coach that made us sick. When we reached Pensacola, my husband looked at the odometer and it had three hundred and seventy three less miles on it than when we started out. Mr. Casamento stated in his description that it had been well maintained and that we could drive it anywhere, and that he would not hesitate to drive it to California! Lies, lies, lies! We knew at that point that we would not be able to drive it home to New Mexico. We were not aware of the Florida lemon laws concerning older vehicles, and this is where Mr. Casamento took full advantage of us, because he knew that the age of the vehicle was exempt from Florida lemon laws, however, this does not excuse the odometer Fraud and under Florida laws the odometer can't be tampered with, and if it is this is a felony. Under Federal laws we are entitled to three times our loss. Mr. Casamento needs to lose his dealership, be fined and sent to prison as far as I am concerned!
