Window Tint scam

I was quoted a price for the superb lumar window tint. Then the price increased 1/2 hour later to 3.50 sq. Ft. And was told they sell it and have it in stock.

I drove 60 miles to reno the next day to pickup, there I was told the price was 4.00—for the same tint that started out at 3.13. When I objected they told me they would sell it to me for 3.50.

Then they told me they did not sell just the tint normally. And tryed to sell me a tint job. All this was so screwy from what the same guy told me over the phone that I had him refund my money before they cut the tint and left. Zero integrity. I smelled a ripoff.
