Although the salespeople at this dealership are very pleasant and helpful, the financial and service staff are not. We were high-pressued into buying an anti-theft device for our new car. We had to make a second trip to Livermore because they 'needed to keep the car for a day to install the device'. Turns out they didn't install the device, just charged us for it.
We have asked the dealership to make this situation right — to install the device they've billed us for and to compensate us (in ANY fashion) for our time spent trying to get the problem solved. We are getting a lot of attitude and little cooperation from the service staff in resolving this problem.
At this point, we certainly cannot recommend Livermore Subaru as a place to buy a car or get after-sale service
